Concept-driven chefs, Samuel “Huevos” Dedig and Adrian Cooley worked alongside previous Chefs in the Galley for a collective of 5 years. Now, with the opportunity to launch their own concept, Sam and Adrian are excited to
present Mijo – a mix of New Mexican and traditional Mexican culture and cuisine.
Sam, a New Mexico native, is bringing red and green Chile to life with the help of Young Guns, a chili distributor out of New Mexico. This partnership allows
Mijo to bring true authentic flavors to Pittsburgh. Adrian, also coming from true Mexican roots, has showcased his talents as Sous Chef for the former Federal
Galley concept, Provision PGH. Together, the pair is excited to put another Mexican restaurant in the race for the best Mexican in the city.
